Valentine to the Viola da Gamba

The rich and beautiful sound of two viola da gamba’s will be featured in a special performance featuring husband and wife duo Alexa and Justin Haynes-Pilon accompanied by harpsichord, Concertmaster Ilia Korol on violin and Stephen Schultz on flute highlighting compositions by Couperin, Purcell and Telemann in a perfectly romantic set of baroque music for lovers of every age!

Valentine to the Viola da Gamba will be performed in the Shatto of the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles at 3:00 PM. Following the concert, Musica Angelica will have a hosted reception in the Mayflower Courtyard. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.
