Lyris Quartet

Melodia Mariposa is hosting a special benefit concert to support Altadena’s musicians and their families impacted by the Eaton Fire. Join us on February 16 at 4 PM at Westminster Presbyterian Church for an unforgettable evening of music featuring the acclaimed Lyris Quartet , with renowned composer Bruce Broughton as our special guest and the wonderful Alan Chapman as our host.
This concert is free to the community, and we welcome donations—all of which will go directly to those affected by the fire.

Melodia Mariposa is proud to present the return of the Lyris Quartet. After a highly acclaimed performance of the Mendelssohn Octet last year, they return to perform in the Westminster Presbyterian Church on Lake Avenue at 4pm on Sunday February 16th. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to hear some of the worlds best string players perform in our local community. Tickets are FREE but reservations are required. Members of the quartet have won top prizes at the Tchaikovsky International Competition and Aspen Music Festival and have collaborated with renowned artists all over the world.
