A Cöthen Chamber: Bach Sonatas

Masterly Bach sonatas featuring the violin and harpsichord as soloistic partners. Plus, works by the 17th-century keyboard virtuoso and notable Bach forerunner Johann Caspar Kerll performed on harpsichord and on the beautifully restored St. Michael’s pipe organ. In the excellent acoustics of St. Michael and All Angels Church—the Festival’s “small church” home since the beginning of the Festival.
