Elettaria

Founded in 2025, ELETTARIA is re-examining and enlivening historical instruments with a scope of personal interpretation and cross-genre collaboration. The ensemble’s focus on Renaissance and Baroque instrumental music interweaves with their daring exploration of living composers. A passion project at its core, Elettaria comprises Hejun Yang, Robert Wang, and Andrew Levy, three instrumentalists who are all seasoned soloist and ensemble player.
Elettaria is re-examining and enlivening historical instruments with a scope of personal interpretation and cross-genre collaboration. The ensemble’s focus on Renaissance and Baroque instrumental music interweaves with their daring exploration of living composers. A passion project at its core, Elettaria comprises Hejun Yang, Robert Wang, and Andrew Levy—three instrumentalists who are all seasoned soloists and ensemble players. We also collaborate several guest artists, vocal, baroque violin, baroque bassoon, Viola da Gamba, and baroque Oboe.
Our programming ranges from solo and chamber works to vocal-instrumental collaborations, with repertoire including 17th and 18th Century Italian/German music and beyond. We are especially interested in creating engaging, thoughtfully curated programs that connect with audiences in intimate and acoustically rich settings. As a newly established ensemble, we are actively seeking meaningful performance opportunities and would be honored to be considered for your house concert series.
