The season opens with brilliance, color, and celebration. Haesung Park brings the restored Pardee Memorial Fisk Organ to life in Handel’s delightful Cuckoo and the Nightingale, a work filled with birdsong, sparkle, and Baroque wit. Respighi’s Botticelli Triptych transforms three Renaissance paintings into glowing orchestral scenes. Mozart’s majestic Symphony No. 39 closes the evening with elegance and grandeur.
