Kontrapunktus

Hailed by the San Francisco Classical Voice as ?an ensemble of exceedingly skilled young musicians, Kontrapunktus makes its Armstrong Theatre debut with their new production, THE FRENCH: Les maitres du baroque. The program will celebrate French Baroque music by showcasing the immortal works of Jean-Baptiste Lully, Francois Couperin, Jean-Philippe Rameau, Jean-Marie Leclair, and Georg Philipp Telemann. KONTRAPUNKTUS is a world-class chamber ensemble led by Concertmaster, Cameron Alan-Lee, and under the artistic direction of Osheen Manukyan, and their presentation of THE FRENCH: Les maitres du baroque will culminate with a performance by the incomparable violin soloist, Aubree Oliverson.
