Chloe Hong is currently attending the USC Thornton School of Music as a student of Lina Bahn. She is a graduate of the New England Conservatory, having earned her Masters and Bachelors of Music in Violin Performance. Her former teachers include Paul Biss, Ayano Ninomiya, and Aimee Kreston.

Chloe was a part of Trio Lumos, which was selected for the New England Conservatory CPP Ensemble Fellowship for the 2023-2024 school year. She has also had the opportunity to work with Yura Lee, Kim Kashkashian, Merry Peckham, and Mai Motobuchi in chamber music settings and performed in master classes led by renowned artists consisting of Eugene Drucker, Ani Kavafian, and Grigory Kalinovsky. She was
selected in March of 2017 to perform the second movement of Bach’s Double Violin Concerto with Anne Akiko Meyers.

In addition, Chloe has performed orchestral and chamber repertoire in distinguished venues including Walt Disney Concert Hall, Carnegie Hall, Jordan Hall, Zipper Concert Hall and has also appeared on the LA County Museum of Art’s Sunday Live.

Chloe plays a 1988 Seifert & Grubaugh violin and bow generously on loan from the Maestro Foundation.
