Rong-Huey Liu, oboe and Vivian Liu, piano perform Clara Schumann’s Three Romances Op. 22 (pub. 1855), Hamilton Harty’s Three Miniatures (1911), Gustav Schreck’s Sonate for Oboe and Piano (1889) and Miguel del Aguila’s Summer Song (1988).
Dr. Rong-Huey Liu is the principal oboe of the Long Beach Symphony, the Los Angeles Ballet and a Hollywood studio recording artist.
Dr. Vivian I-Miao Liu is a versatile collaborative pianist. She has worked with the Long Beach Opera, the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Pacific Symphony.
