Josh Nelson and Kevin van den Elzen’s West Coast Jazz Hour Quintet brings the iconic sound of 1950s and ’60s jazz to life with an all-star lineup. Originally from the Netherlands and now based in Los Angeles, drummer Kevin van den Elzen is known for his collaborations with jazz greats like John Clayton, Bob Mintzer, and Paquito d’Rivera. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Josh Nelson has worked with Natalie Cole, Ivan Lins, Anthony Wilson, George Mraz, Pacific Jazz Orchestra to name a few. Josh and Kevin’ performances blend history and innovation. This show promises an unforgettable homage to the golden era of LA jazz.
